Shipping Policy

  • Orders within Jordan are delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • International shipping can be arranged upon request, with additional fees applied.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Installed or used air conditioners and appliances are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, Shams Al Shareqa will cover return costs; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Policy

  • All products are backed by the official manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Comfee products include up to 15 years warranty on compressors (depending on model).

  • Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and serviced by authorized technicians.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Customer data (name, contact details, and address) is collected only for order fulfillment and service purposes.

  • Shams Al Shareqa does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except logistics or service partners essential to the delivery or support process.
